Sometimes it is difficult to come into an office for psychotherapy services given our busy schedules, work commitments, and family obligations. Additionally, we may live in a rural area where access to these services are limited. Regardless of the concern, telehealth is a reliable option to have access to high-quality psychotherapy services. Not every counseling issue is appropriate for telehealth; however, Dr. Allemagne can help determine if this format for therapy is right for you. Many of his patients who normally come into the office for face-to-face services have occasionally use this form of therapy during times of inclement weather, childcare concerns, or simply cannot make it into the office. Dr. Allemagne uses a secure and private HIPPA compliant format, and services are often covered by insurance.
